On the road

Finally, Friday morning arrived, the big day of our departure!  It was 4.30am, I couldn't sleep, enough wriggling around in bed to wake Ross, and we were both up to complete the final packing and clean up of our beautiful home!  Locked up the house at 6.00am and we were on the road, enjoyed sunrise over Pakenham and too early to stop at our lovely cafe in Yarragon and continued on to Stratford for a delicious breakfast!  We arrived at the van which is stored on a farm near Marlo at 11.30 and had no worries linking up the van to our new car, this was Ross' greatest fear!  Towed the van into Orbost ready for the major cleanup.  This started with a spider bomb, locking the van up for 2 hours so that it could be completely fumigated!
